Rafhan Vanilla Custard is a halal-certified custard powder with artificial vanilla flavour. To make: mix 2 tablespoons of custard powder in ½ cup (100ml) milk to a paste; add 4 tablespoons sugar to 2 cups (400ml) milk and bring to the boil; add the custard paste while stirring until thick and smooth. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Net weight 275g.
