Keski (also known as Ganges River Sprat) are tiny, silver-colored fish celebrated for being highly nutritious, packed with protein, essential minerals, and high levels of calcium since they are eaten whole. These delicate fish are thoroughly cleaned and quickly block-frozen into a 250g pack to lock in their natural sweetness and lock out preservatives.
