MDH Chilli Chicken Masala | 45g

MDH Chilli Chicken Masala is a mixed spice blend (about 20% mixed spices including onion powder, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, white pepper powder and red chilli powder) combined with corn flour, salt, flavour enhancer, yeast extract, maltodextrin, sugar, soy sauce powder, capsicum oleoresin, sunflower oil and natural food colours. It is sold as three 15g sachets (45g total), and the pack instructs deep-frying corn-flour-coated chicken, then simmering it in the masala mixed with water alongside stir-fried onion, capsicum and chilli.
