Everest Shahi Paneer Masala is a mixed masala powder made from coriander, chilli, cassia leaf, cumin, dried mango, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, dried ginger, cassia bark, black and green cardamom, clove, fenugreek, iodized salt, star anise, fennel and citric acid. The pack's recipe describes frying paneer with an onion paste, adding this masala with poppy seed paste and fresh cream, garnished with kasuri methi. It is packed in a 100g box by Everest Food Products Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and imported to Australia by RSG Imports Pty Ltd.
